dc.descriptionThe objectives of the research, the Development of Proper Information Format for Exhibits of Chalermraja Sankhumphange Silk Waving Cultural Center with the Involvement of the Community, are 1) to develop the appropriate information format for displaying items in Chalermraja Sankhumphange Silk Waving Cultural Center with the community participation and 2) to study the satisfaction of using the information system. The research started from a participatory learning forum to determine the problems and data collecting methods to gather knowledge from the sages of Sankhumphange silk fabrics. After that, we conducted a survey to look for the appropriate information format from the 35 stakeholders and found that most of the respondents wanted to present information in the form of QR Code, followed by the website, and using images and text in both Thai and English languages. Further, the information system was developed using SDLC. We used an E-R diagram and a system context diagram for system analysis and design. The system can display the knowledge through the website accessible by computers and smartphones by scanning QR Codes. The questionnaires were distributed to 100 of tourists and the cultural center’s stakeholders to study the satisfaction of the system using the statistical values of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. It was found that the overall satisfaction of the system was 4.61 with the standard deviation of 0.49, which was the highest level of satisfaction.th_TH
dc.description.abstractงานวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนารูปแบบสารสนเทศที่เหมาะสมเพื่อการจัดแสดงสิ่งของในศูนย์วัฒนธรรมเฉลิมราช พิพิธภัณฑ์ผ้าไหมสันกำแพง ตำบลสันกำแพง อำเภอสันกำแพง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบสารสนเทศที่เหมาะสมเพื่อการจัดแสดงสิ่งของในศูนย์วัฒนธรรมเฉลิมราช พิพิธภัณฑ์ผ้าไหมสันกำแพง โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจจากการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศ โดยเริ่มจากการจัดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วม เพื่อกำหนดปัญหา และวิธีการในการรวบรวมองค์ความรู้จากปราชญ์ผ้าไหมสันกำแพง จากนั้นสำรวจรูปแบบของสารสนเทศที่เหมาะสมจากกลุ่มผู้เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 35 คน พบว่า ต้องการให้นำเสนอสารสนเทศในลักษณะ QR Code รองลงมาคือ Website นำเสนอโดยภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ ในรูปแบบรูปภาพและข้อความ ทำการพัฒนาระบบสารเทศโดยใช้ SDLC ใช้ผังความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้อมูล ร่วมกับผังระบบในการวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบ โดยระบบสามารถแสดงองค์ความรู้ผ่านเว็บไซต์ที่เข้าถึงได้ด้วยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และสมาร์ทโฟนด้วยการสแกน QR Code จากนั้นทำการสำรวจความพึงพอใจโดยการแจกแบบสอบถามให้นักท่องเที่ยวและผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับศูนย์วัฒนธรรมฯ จำนวน 100 คน โดยใช้สถิติความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน พบว่า ความพึงพอใจในภาพรวม คือ 4.61 ซึ่งเป็นความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.49th_TH
