dc.descriptionThe objective of this research in the title “The value added of dyed cotton yarns by Phuclone Mud from Mae Hong Son Province as the mordant” was to study the cotton yarn dyeing by using Alum, CaCl2, CuSO4 as the mordant. With different dyeing method. The 5 optimum condition found as 5 shades of color. After that brought all yarns to waive as clothes, the color were decreased but the abrasive tolerance were in a good level. The 5 days in fermentation of mud (with the ratio 1:3) to the dyed cotton yarns found that the color tolerance were decreased but the brightness and the toughness were increased.th_TH
dc.description.abstractการวิจัยเรื่อง การเพิ่มมูลค่าผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้าฝ้ายย้อมสีธรรมชาติ โดยใช้สารช่วยย้อมด้วยน้ำแร่ธรรมชาติและโคลนจากภูโคลน จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ได้ทำการศึกษาวิธีการย้อมสีธรรมชาติบนเส้นด้ายฝ้าย โดยใช้สีจากแก่นไม้ฝางและขมิ้น โดยมีสารช่วยติดได้แก่ สารส้ม CaCl2 CuSO4 รวมทั้งมีกระบวนการใส่สารช่วยติด ก่อนย้อม ระหว่างย้อม และหลังย้อมสีย้อม จนได้เฉดสีที่เหมาะสม มาทั้งหมด 5 เฉดสี จากนั้น นำผ้าจาก 5 เฉดสีไปถักทอเป็นผืนผ้าและนำไปทดสอบความคงทนต่อการซักและการขัดถู พบว่า มีความคงทนต่อการซักน้อย แต่มีความคงทนต่อการขัดถูในระดับดี หลังจากนั้นได้นำผืนผ้าที่ได้ไปทำการย้อมด้วยโคลนจากภูโคลน โดยเตรียมอัตราส่วน 1:3 ในระยะเวลา 5 วันพบว่าเฉดสีที่ได้มีความสว่างมากขึ้น แต่มีความคงทนต่อแสงน้อย รวมทั้งผ้ามีความนุ่มมากขึ้นหลังจากหมักผ้าด้วยโคลนth_TH
