dc.descriptionThe purpose of this research was to study the operational and competency of personnel responsible of documentary task at Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. The number of population was 52 of personnel responsible of documentary. Data collected by using questionnaires, documentary research , in-depth interview, focus group discussion and stakeholder group operational seminar were executed. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, analytic induction and content analysis. The study indicated that the operational documentation system of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University is high. (Mean ± SD , 3.55 ± 0.67) And competency of personnel responsible of documentary is high. (Mean ± SD , 4.38 ± 0.49) However, The public has made policy recommendations to the university administrators address creativity promotion and using technology for development’s documentary and personal competency.th_TH
dc.description.abstractงานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพงานสารบรรณและสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของ ผู้ปฏิบัติงานสารบรรณของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎเชียงใหม่ งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาชนิดการสํารวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านสารบรรณของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎเชียงใหม่ จํานวน 52 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามและการสนทนากลุ่ม โดยใช้วิเคราะห์โดยสถิติ เชิงพรรณนาในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สภาพงานสารบรรณของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ อยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean ± SD , 3.55 ± 0.67) สมรรถนะของผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านสารบรรณ อยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean ± SD , 4.38 ± 0.49) ทั้งนี้ มีข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายโดย ผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยต้องส่งเสริมการพัฒนาแนวคิด ใหม่และการนําเทคโนโลยีมาร่วมในการพัฒนางาน สารบรรณและสมรรถนะของผู้ปฏิบัติงานth_TH
