| dc.description | This study aims to develop the potentiality of Chiang Mai agricultural communities regarding to promote agricultural communities from public organizations. It is qualitative research and supported by quantitative analysis. Primary data was from 6 groups of agriculturists by 5 districts who were willing to participate in the project. Participatory action research were used in this study. Descriptive analysis such as frequency, percentage and standard deviation were used to analyze data. The study could enhance the potentiality of agriculturists depended on the technique of sufficiency economy. It could develop Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) 2.38% and also 3.29% of internal control system as well as 1.59% of Participatory Guarantee System (PGS). Guidelines to promote and further the potentialities of Good Agricultural Practice , internal control system are able to sell the productivities and have much more profit than ordinary markets. In addition, agriculturists should learn and understand PGS and enlarge the development through other 7 provinces such as Lamphun, Lampang, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Phrae, Nan and Mae Hong Son. | th_TH |
| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิจัยและพัฒนาศักยภาพภาคการเกษตรของชุมชน จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ อย่างสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อการแข่งขันในประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน บนพื้นฐานปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ด้านการส่งเสริมภาคการเกษตรขององค์กรภาครัฐในชุมชนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในกรอบประชาคมอาเซียน อาศัยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและสนับสนุนด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงปริมาณจากข้อมูลปฐมภูมิของกลุ่มเกษตรกรที่เข้าร่วมโครงการด้วยความสมัครใจผ่านองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวน 5 ตำบล 6 ชุมชน ที่มีศักยภาพสามารถแข่งขันในประชาคมอาเซียนได้ วิธีการวิจัยแบบมีส่วนร่วม (PAR) และการวิเคราะห์ศักยภาพด้วยข้อมูลสถิติเชิงพรรณนาด้วยค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยสามารถเพิ่มศักยภาพการเกษตรของชุมชน โดยใช้เทคนิคการผลิตตามแนวทางปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง พัฒนาระบบการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี (GAP) ได้เพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 2.38 พัฒนาระบบควบคุมภายในทางการเกษตร (ICS) ได้สูงขึ้นร้อยละ 3.29 และระบบการรับรองเกษตรอินทรีย์แบบมีส่วนร่วม (PGS) ได้เพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 1.59 โดยหาแนวการต่อยอดผลการวิจัยในด้านการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้าน “การปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี (Good Agricultural Practice: GAP)”การจัดทำระบบควบคุมภายใน ช่วยให้เกษตรกรสามารถขายผลผลิตให้ได้ผลกำไรที่สูงกว่าท้องตลาดโดยทั่วไป สามารถแข่งขันในระบบตลาดได้มากขึ้น และเกษตรกรต้องเรียนรู้และเข้าใจในกระบวนการตรวจสอบเพื่อรับรองเกษตรอินทรีย์แบบมีส่วนร่วม (PGS) ให้มากขึ้น พร้อมทั้งขยายงานในภาพของความเป็นล้านนากับจังหวัดอื่น ๆ อีก 7 จังหวัด ได้แก่ ลำพูน ลำปาง เชียงราย พะเยา แพร่ น่าน และแม่ฮ่องสอนต่อไป | th_TH |
