dc.descriptionThe research aims to develop and further the community agricultural products to the food safety system in ASEAN Economic Community. The qualitative and quantitative method used to analysis primary data of voluntary farmers groups through 4 local government organizations that have hight potential for development and extension by good agricultural practice (GAP) and internal control system (ICS). The SWOT analysis used to analyze the potential. The results are explained by descriptive statistic with mean, percentage and standard deviation. The research found that of the research of the group of major agricultural producers in Chiang Mai are increase the potential to secure food systems 2.84 percent, which the potential of the management from the internal control system (ICS) increased 3.29 percent and increase the potential of good agricultural practices (GAP) 2.38 percent. The guidelines for the development of agricultural products in the community to food safety systems by using the ASEAN GAP and using the internal control system (ICS) to expand agricultural products and gain higher profits in the market.th_TH
dc.description.abstractการวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการพัฒนาและต่อยอดสินค้าเกษตรในชุมชนสู่ระบบอาหารปลอดภัยภายใต้ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและสนับสนุนด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงปริมาณจากข้อมูลปฐมภูมิของกลุ่มเกษตรกรที่เข้าร่วมโครงการด้วยความสมัครใจผ่านองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวน 4 กลุ่มเกษตรกร ที่มีศักยภาพด้านการพัฒนาและต่อยอดสินค้าเกษตรในชุมชนสู่ระบบอาหารปลอดภัย โดยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ได้จากการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม ในประเด็น “การปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี (Good Agricultural Practice : GAP)” และ “การจัดทำระบบควบคุมภายใน (Internal Control System : ICS)” จากนั้นวิเคราะห์เชิงคุณภาพศักยภาพด้วยการวิเคระห์ SWOT analysis อภิปรายผลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา คือค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้ผลิตสินค้าเกษตรที่สำคัญของจังหวัดเชียงใหม่สามารถยกระดับศักยภาพสู่ระบบอาหารปลอดภัยได้เพิ่มขึ้น ร้อยละ 2.84 โดยเป็นการเพิ่มศักยภาพในด้านการจัดการทำระบบควบคุมภายใน (ICS) เพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 3.29 ส่วนการเพิ่มศักยภาพในด้านการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี(GAP) เพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 2.38 และมีแนวทางในการพัฒนาต่อยอดสินค้าเกษตรในชุมชนสู่ระบบอาหารปลอดภัยภายใต้ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน โดยใช้เกณฑ์มาตรฐาน ASEAN GAP เพื่อการเชื่อมประสานมาตรฐานภายในกลุ่มอาเซียนในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับมาตรฐาน GAP และใช้ระบบควบคุมภายใน (ICS) เป็นเครื่องมือในการขยายผลผลิตทางการเกษตรซึ่งสามารถทำให้เกษตรกรได้ผลกำไรที่สูงกว่าในท้องตลาดโดยทั่วไปหากเกษตรกรสามารถควบคุมระบบภายในได้ดีth_TH
