Abstract

The purpose of this research was to (1) to develop an information system for student services for internal education quality assurance, Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University using Google Sites program using the Quality Deming Cycle (PDCA) (2) to assess student satisfaction with Information system for student services for internal education quality assurance, Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University with Google Sites program using the Quality Deming Cycle (PDCA). The research population was Year 1-5 students, Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, regular term, academic year 2021 from 21 disciplines, totaling 4,808 people. By determining the number of samples by Taro Yamane's prefabricated table, the proportion of attractive traits in the population was 0.5 and the 95% confidence level of 420 individuals. The research tools are Information system for student services for internal education quality assurance Information System Quality Assessment Form for Student Services for Internal Education Quality Assurance and an information system satisfaction assessment form for student services for internal educational quality assurance. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that. 1. Information system for student services for internal education quality assurance, Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University by using Google Sites program using the Quality Deming Cycle (PDCA) with good overall quality in both parts: 1) efficiency. of information systems 2) components of information systems. 2. Students were satisfied with the information system for student services for internal quality assurance at the Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University by using Google Sites program using the Quality Deming Cycle (PDCA) at a high level in 3 aspects as follows: 1) information in information systems 2) information in information systems 3) utilization.
