|dc.description.abstract||The purpose of this study were to investigate the efficiency, cost of production, capital supporter, scale of production and to develop production in community enterprises for peanuts products, soybean products and sesame oil at Pangmoo and Subsoi village Muang district Meahongson Province. The samples of this survey are 14 households. This research was used apply research and action research together. The analysis of data was completed using frequencies, percentages, means, variants and standard deviations. The analysis of producer s efficiency was used Stochastic Frontier Function with Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The action research was used public hearing for investigating the problem, threat and cooperates of community enterprises. The findings indicated that 8 producers whose produce soybean products (sheet soybeans) almost had the same technical efficiency. 2 persons are the best of all had best efficiency and 2 persons had lowest efficiency about 85.5%. Inefficiency involves used labor resources, energy, electricity and water resources. However all of firms had used the law material (soybean) by high efficiency. Costs of production per once (30 liters) are 700.65 bahts. Revenue were 650 bahts thus producers had lost 50.65 bahts per once. Cost of peanuts products divided 3 types first, Shan peanuts (fried without refined soybeans oil) costs are 640.86 bahts per once (28 liters). Revenues are 740 bahts thus producers had profit 99.14 bahts. Second, Shan peanuts (fried with refined soybeans oil) costs are 1075.52 bahts per once (28 liters) Revenue are 1,050 bahts thus producers had lost 25.52 bahts and last fire peanuts costs are 800.86 bahts per once (20 liters). Revenues are 735 bahts thus producers had lost 65.86 bahts. Costs of sesame oil are 1,617.38 bahts per once (30 liters). Revenues are 1,950 bahts thus producers had profit 332.62 bahts. The problem of production found that outputs are not qualified and tools for production are not standard and producer had not bargaining power, had small capital and had little margin. Path to solve this problems producers must improved the production process with standard tools and standard of the food and drug administration or standard of good manufacturing practice (GMP). Beside they must improved packaging, brand and packing after that they will to seek the place for more sale in local market and other province market. Official government will support these producers by training about finance, marketing, technology knowledge and innovation. In a hurry local government must provide the market place for these products in local area.||th_TH|
