dc.descriptionStudy on Seed Germination and Seedling Development of Some Wild Vanda sp.. This study was aimed to determine the suitable media for seed germination and to examine the effect of modified Vacin and Went (VW) media additional with nata de coco agar to compare with VW, 1949 on plantlet regeneration in Vanda coerulea Lindl.. The germination of immature seed were compare on Vacin and Went (1949) and modified VW with nata de coco agar in 270 days. The results showed that an average germination ratio modified VW were 86.51±9.94 % and VW were 62.82±8.35%, respectively. In seedling development the result showed that, in 60-240 days the an average height of stems and length of roots the modified VW with coco agar were 1.46 cm, VW were 1.20 cm, respectively. dc.description.abstractการศึกษาการงอกของเมล็ด และการเจริญเติบโตของต้นกล้ากล้วยไม้สกุลแวนด้าสายพันธุ์ป่าบางชนิด โดยในที่นี้สำรวจพบกล้วยไม้ฟ้ามุ่ย (Vanda coerulea Lindl.) จึงนำมาทำการทดลองเพาะเลี้ยงบนอาหารวุ้นน้ำมะพร้าวในสภาพปลอดเชื้อ โดยนำเมล็ดกล้วยไม้ฟ้ามุ่ย มาเพาะเลี้ยงบนอาหาร สูตร Vacin and Went (1949) เปรียบเทียบกับสูตร Vacin and Went ดัดแปลงโดยใช้วุ้นน้ำมะพร้าวแทนวุ้นสำเร็จ โดยทำการเพาะเลี้ยงเป็นเวลา 270 วัน เก็บข้อมูลทุก ๆ 30 วัน พบว่าการงอกของเมล็ดกล้วยไม้ฟ้ามุ่ยบนอาหารสูตร Vacin and Went ดัดแปลงโดยใช้วุ้นน้ำมะพร้าวแทนวุ้นสำเร็จ มีการงอกของเมล็ดมากกว่าอาหารสูตร Vacin and Went (1949) โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 86.51 % สำหรับการเจริญเติบโตของต้นกล้ากล้วยไม้ฟ้ามุ่ย พบว่า ต้นกล้ากล้วยไม้ฟ้ามุ่ย ที่เลี้ยงบนอาหารสูตร Vacin and Went ดัดแปลงโดยใช้วุ้นน้ำมะพร้าวแทนวุ้นสำเร็จ ในช่วง ระยะเวลา 60-240 วัน มีการเจริญเติบโตมากกว่าอาหารสูตร Vacin and Went (1949) โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 1.46 ซม. และ 1.20 ตามลำดับ และเมื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์ผลทางสถิติระหว่างอาหารทั้ง 2 สูตร พบว่า การงอกของเมล็ดมีความแตกต่างกันทางสถิติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ส่วนการเจริญเติบโต เมื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์ผลทางสถิติระหว่างอาหารทั้ง 2 สูตร พบว่า ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันทางสถิติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญth_TH
