dc.descriptionThe purpose of this project was to develop the Decision support system concerning student’s statistics for Chiang Mai Rajabhat University administrators. The researcher has developed a system based on some parts of information from student's records. Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 and the Oracle 12c database management system was used and connected through Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio 2015. The system was developed in a form of website that can display in a variety of reports, such as tables, graph and charts. Student statistics can be downloaded in the file format such as PDF files. According to the performance evaluation of the administrators and staff, it found that the satisfaction was at the highest level in function, usability, and performance. The mean was 4.60, 4.50, and 4.75 respectively.th_TH
dc.description.abstractการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจด้านสถิตินักศึกษาสำหรับผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการพัฒนาระบบ ด้วยการนำข้อมูลจากทะเบียนประวัตินักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัย และใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 เชื่อมต่อฐานข้อมูล Oracle 12c โดยผ่านเครื่องมือของฐานข้อมูล คือ Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio 2015 พัฒนาระบบให้อยู่ในรูปแบบของเว็บไซต์ที่สามารถแสดงผลข้อมูลสถิตินักศึกษาได้หลายประเภท เช่น ตารางข้อมูล กราฟและแผนภูมิชนิดต่าง ๆ รวมไปถึงสามารถดาวน์โหลดข้อมูลในรูปแบบไฟล์เอกสาร PDF ได้ ซึ่งจากการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบจากผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง พบว่ามีผลการประเมินความพอใจอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ทั้งในด้านความสามารถทำงานได้ตามหน้าที่ (Function) ด้านความง่ายต่อการใช้งาน (Usability) และด้านประสิทธิภาพของระบบ (Performance) โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.60 4.50 และ 4.75 ตามลำดับth_TH
