dc.descriptionThe three objectives of this research were (1) to study opportunities and potentialities in Mae Hong Son province and develop its checkpoint for border trade into the border checkpoint in the western Thailand- Myanmar border riverscape (2) To find out the impacts on the border checkpoint, and (3) ways to develop the border checkpoint in Mae Hong Son province. The sample was 485 people which included the 30 executive officers from private sectors and government organizations, the 30 entrepreneurs from the office of commercial Affairs Mae Hong Son, and the 425 residents from seven districts in Mae Hong Son province. The tools used for this study were questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The overall results revealed that the opportunities and potentialities as the trade gateway of the western Thailand-Myanmar’s border riverscape in Mae Hong Son Province was at high level (x ̅ = 3.65, S.D = 0.79) and To find out the impacts on the border checkpoint in this area was also at high level (x ̅ = 3.61, S.D = 0.87)th_TH
dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาโอกาสและศักยภาพจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน และจุดผ่อนปรนทางการค้าในพื้นที่ในการพัฒนาให้เป็นเขตเศรษฐกิจรูปแบบของจุดผ่านแดนถาวรฝั่งทิศตะวันตกของประเทศไทย (2) เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบของการพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจรูปแบบ ของการเปิดด่านจุดผ่านแดนถาวรเพื่อเป็นประตูทางการค้าทิศตะวันตกของประเทศไทย และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนารูปแบบเขตเศรษฐกิจการค้าชายแดนของจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอนที่เหมาะสม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ (1) กลุ่มผู้บริหารหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินการผลักดันการเปิดด่านการค้าชายแดนถาวร จำนวน 30 คน (2) กลุ่มผู้ประกอบการที่ขึ้นทะเบียนการค้าชายแดนกับสำนักงานพาณิชย์จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน จำนวน 30 คน และ (3) กลุ่มประชากรที่มีรายชื่อในทะเบียนบ้านสำมะโนครัวในพื้นที่จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ประกอบด้วย 7 อำเภอ จำนวน 425 คน รวมจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 485 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โอกาสและศักยภาพการเป็นพื้นที่นทีทัศน์ชายแดนประตูทางการค้า ทิศตะวันตกของประเทศไทย-เมียนมา พื้นที่จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับความคิดเห็นมาก (x ̅ = 3.65, S.D = 0.79) และผลกระทบในการเป็นพื้นที่นทีทัศน์ชายแดนประตู ทางการค้าทิศตะวันตกของประเทศไทย-เมียนมา พื้นที่จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอนในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับความคิดเห็นมาก (x ̅ = 3.61, S.D = 0.87)th_TH
