Abstract

The mixed method was aimed to investigated to quality of work life during the spread of coronavirus Disease 2019.A total of 236 participants were sampling from personnel working at Wiang Bua Campus of Chiangmai Rajabhat University. The data were collected through questionnaires and focus group discussion. Data were analyzed using descriptive and Pearson, s correlation coefficient. The results indicated that quality of work life were low levels (mean = 2 .35±0 .65). The perception of news were significantly positive related with quality of work life (r = 0.16, p-value = 0.016) . In this regard, the stakeholders suggested policy recommendations on the quality of work life development by online public relations, support material, building a confidence and develop support systems to work from home.
