| Abstract: | The tissue culture of orchid from surveying and collecting the wild Vanda spp. in Ban Eak area Tambol San Pa Yang, Mae Tang district, Chiang Mai province. The germination and growth were determined on the modified formula medium Vacin and Went with the organic substance addition which papaya, banana, potato, and tomato were prepared in six all formula ratios. The results showed that seed germinated well on the medium formula MV4, MV5, and MV6 by the period of time about 70 days. The growth on medium formula MV4, potato: papaya (50: 50) was good result of 128.78 mg. fresh weight, 7.43 cm. long leaf. The development of leaf and root was 3.80 and 3.20 (per each) respectively after 60 day. |
| Description: | การเพาะเลี้ยงเนื้อเยื่อกล้วยไม้สกุลแวนด้าสายพันธุ์ป่าที่ได้จากการสำรวจและเก็บตัวอย่างในพื้นที่บ้านเอียก ต.สันป่ายาง อ.แม่แตง จ.เชียงใหม่ เพื่อศึกษาการงอกของเมล็ดและการเจริญของต้นกล้ากล้วยไม้สกุลแวนด้าสายพันธุ์ป่าบนอาหารเพาะเลี้ยงสูตรดัดแปลง Vacin and Went ที่เติมสารอินทรีย์ ได้แก่ มะละกอ, กล้วยหอม, มันฝรั่ง และมะเขือเทศ ในอัตราส่วนต่างๆ 6 สูตร พบว่าเมล็ดฟ้ามุ่ยสายพันธุ์ป่า (Vanda coerulea Griff. Ex Lindl.) งอกได้ดีบนอาหารเพาะเลี้ยงสูตร MV4, MV5 และ MV6 ใช้ระยะเวลาในการงอกประมาณ 70 วัน และต้นกล้าฟ้ามุ่ยสายพันธุ์ป่าเจริญบนอาหารเพาะเลี้ยงสูตร MV4 (มันฝรั่ง 50 : มะละกอ 50 กรัม) ได้ดี มีน้ำหนักสดและความยาวใบเฉลี่ยต่อต้นสูงสุดเท่ากับ 128.78±71.73 มก. และ 7.43±1.43 มม. มีใบเฉลี่ย 3.80 ใบ และราก 3.2 รากต่อต้น ตามลำดับ หลังเพาะเลี้ยงเป็นเวลา 60 วัน |
