Abstract

This research aims to (1) construction a package program for data analysis in learning measurement and evaluation (2) verify the efficiencies of the package program for data analysis in learning measurement and evaluation (3) write user manual of the package program for data analysis in learning measurement evaluation. The research is Applied Research. The sampling group is regular teacher 30 samples were selected purposively (Purposive sampling) and tools are: (1) A Package Program for data analysis in Learning Measurement and Evaluation (2) Assessment for the efficiencies of the Package Program for data analysis in Learning Measurement and User Manual of the Package Program for data analysis in Learning Measurement Evaluation. The statistics use for data analysis are Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC), mean and standard deviation. The program was written in Visual Basic version 6.0 and separated to 5 subprograms. There are subprogram used for item analysis subprogram used for finding reliability of tools, subprogram used for finding validity of tools subprogram used for score transforming to percentile normalized T-score normalized Z-score and subprograms used for grading. The program could use for item analysis. Two types for norm referenced test, there were Chung Teh Fan and simple item analysis. Two types for criterion referenced test, there were sensitivity index, B-index. Program could find the efficiencies of tools, finding the reliabilities such as the split-half method, internal consistency method, reliabilities of criterion referenced test, reliabilities of observer, index of Item - Objective Congruence (IOC), test discrimination, score transforming to percentile normalized T-score normalized Z-score and could grading such as grading by defined criterion referenced test, by normalized T-score. The Verifying efficiencies of program separated in 3 way. There were the validities that the program calculated correctly as the statistic formula, the reliabilities of program that the program calculated the same value when using the same data many times and the facility of using program. The Package Program for data analysis in Learning Measurement and Evaluation is facilities for using that the User program are the most satisfaction for using Program for data analysis in Learning Measurement and Evaluation.
