| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาบริบทและปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมของชุมชน เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบกระบวนการสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษาในการบูรณาการการเรียนรู้ของประชาชน และเพื่อสร้างความตระหนักในการบริหารจัดการเพื่อรักษาคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมของชุมชนในหมู่บ้าน OTOP ดีเด่น อำเภอสันกำแพง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม คู่มือการจัดการน้ำเสีย และแบบทดสอบ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าประชาชนมีความคิดเห็นว่าชุมชนมีปัญหาเรื่องขยะมากที่สุด ส่วนผู้ประกอบการผลิตสินค้า OTOP มีความคิดเห็นว่ามีปัญหาเรื่องน้ำเสียมากที่สุด ทั้งสองกลุ่มมีความรู้ความเข้าใจ เจตคติ และความตระหนักต่อปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมในชุมชนในระดับมาก การสร้างรูปแบบกระบวนการสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา โดยการใช้คู่มือการจัดการน้ำเสียจากการผลิตกระดาษสาโดยระบบบึงประดิษฐ์ พบว่าผลการเรียนรู้หลังการใช้คู่มือสูงกว่าก่อนการใช้คู่มือ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 รูปแบบระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียที่เหมาะสมคือระบบบึงประดิษฐ์แบบน้ำไหลใต้ผิวประเภทไหลแนวดิ่งต่อด้วยแบบไหลแนวนอน มีผู้ประกอบการผลิตกระดาษสาในชุมชนเข้าร่วมโครงการติดตั้งระบบแล้ว 7 ราย |
| Description: | The objectives of this study were to study in community context and environmental problems and also to construct environmental education process model in integrated learning and developed awareness of environmental management of people who live in OTOP village Sankrampang District Chiangmai Province. The research instrument were questionnaire, constructed wetlands manual and paper test. The results were shown that the serious problem of people opinion is on garbage and OTOP operators opinion is on waste water problem, Almost of them have good knowledge well attitude and good awareness in community environmental problem. The results of usability manual of waste water management by constructed wetlands of environmental education process model had significant difference (p<0.05).The posttest scores were higher than pretest scores. In order to the satisfaction of manual were in the highest level. The sufficiency of waste water management were sub-surface flow constructed wetland there were 7 OTOP owners setting it in the community. |
