| Abstract: | งานวิจัยเรื่อง แนวทางการฟื้นฟูวัฒนธรรมดนตรีชาติพันธุ์ไทลื้อ ตำบลสะเมิงใต้ อำเภอสะเมิง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้ระเบียบวิจัยทางด้านมานุษยวิทยา (Anthropology) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาทางวัฒนธรรมดนตรีชาติพันธ์ไทลื้อตำบลสะเมิงใต้ อำเภอสะเมิง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพความเปลี่ยนแปลงทางวัฒนธรรมดนตรีชาติพันธ์ไทลื้อบ้านแม่สาบ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการฟื้นฟูวัฒนธรรมดนตรีชาติพันธ์ไทลื้อบ้านแม่สาบ ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการศึกษามาจากเอกสาร แบบสอบถามจำนวน 100 ชุด การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ 10 คน การสนทนากลุ่ม 3 ครั้ง ทั้งนี้จะเสนอผลการวิจัยแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ผลการศึกษาตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย วัตถุประสงค์ที่ 1. สภาพปัญหาทางวัฒนธรรมดนตรีชาติพันธ์ไทลื้อ พบว่าวัฒนธรรมดนตรี (ขับลื้อ) กำลังจะสูญหายมีสาเหตุมาจากการครอบงำของวัฒนธรรมข้ามชาติ เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน มีด้านที่เป็นสาเหตุของปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3 ด้าน เรียงลำดับด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด จากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ 1) การยึดถือวัฒนธรรมโลกไร้พรหมแดนทำให้วัฒนธรรมดนตรีไทลื้อสูญหาย รองลงมาคือ 2) การยอมรับวัฒนธรรมบริโภคนิยม 3) การแพร่กระจายของวัฒนธรรมตะวันตกทำให้วัฒนธรรมดนตรีไทลื้อสูญหาย วัตถุประสงค์ที่ 2. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพความเปลี่ยนแปลงทางวัฒนธรรมดนตรีชาติพันธ์ไทลื้อจากอดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน พบว่า การเปลี่ยนแปลงประเพณีมีผลกระทบกับวัฒนธรรมดนตรี โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 4 ประเพณี เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน มีด้านที่มีสภาพการเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 4 ด้าน เรียงลำดับด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด จากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ 1) สภาพการเปลี่ยนแปลงบริบทของวัฒนธรรมประเพณีด้านความเชื่อจากอดีตจนถึงปัจจุบันที่มีผลกระทบกับวัฒนธรรมดนตรีอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมา 2) สภาพการเปลี่ยนแปลงบริบทของวัฒนธรรมประเพณีด้านภาษาพูด 3) สภาพการเปลี่ยนแปลงบริบทของวัฒนธรรมประเพณีด้านการแต่งกาย 4) สภาพการเปลี่ยนแปลงบริบทของวัฒนธรรมประเพณีด้านการต้อนรับจากอดีตจนถึงปัจจุบันมีผลกระทบกับวัฒนธรรมดนตรีอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด วัตถุประสงค์ที่ 3. ศึกษาแนวทางการฟื้นฟูวัฒนธรรมดนตรีชาติพันธ์ไทลื้อบ้านแม่สาบ พบว่า คณะกรรมการฟื้นฟูวัฒนธรรมชาติพันธุ์ไทลื้อ เสนอแนะว่าควรดำเนินการฟื้นฟู 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการเพิ่มคุณค่าวัฒนธรรมดนตรีชาติพันธ์ไทลื้อ 2) ด้านการรักษาประเพณีเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม 3) ด้านการเพิ่มขีดสมรรถนะของนักดนตรี นักร้องและนักแสดง และ 4) ด้านการยกระดับความร่วมมือกันของคนไทลื้อทุกคน |
| Description: | The research title of the restoration of Thai Lue the ethnic music culture, Samoeng District, Chiang Mai Province, is a qualitative research, using anthropological research methodology. The research aims 1) to study problems of Thai Lueethnic music culture,Samoeng District, Chiang Mai Province, 2) to study changes of Thai Lue ethnic music culture in Ban Mae Sab, 3) to study the ways of restoration of Thai Lue ethnic music culture in Ban Mae Sab. Research data were obtained by documents and 100 interviews questionnaires, interviewing 10 key informants, and 3 times focus group. Research data were presented as descriptive data following research objectives. Research findings of the 1st objective, problems of Thai Lue ethnic music culture, found that music culture (Lue singing)is disappearing due to domination of cross-national culture. The rank of related aspects of this problems were 1) no boarder of digital world in the globalisation, 2) acceptance of consumerism, and 3) wide spread of western culture. Research findings of the 2nd objective found that changes in tradition has effected music culture. Four most important changes were 1) changes in belief of culture and tradition, 2) changes in language speaking, 3) changes in costumes, and 4) changes in receptionsand welcoming. Research findings of the 3rd objective found that the ways to restore Thai Lue ethnic music culture through the committee of restoration of Thai Lue ethnic music culture should restore in the following 4 aspects: 1. adding values of Thai Lue ethnic music culture, 2. maintaining tradition for cultural tourism, 3. capacity building for musicians, singers and performers and 4. enhancing cooperation among all Thai Leu people. |
