Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงประยุกต์แบบ one group pretest posttest design มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสร้างบทเรียนภาษาอังกฤษเรื่องการเชื่อมโยงสังคมและวัฒนธรรมเพื่อรองรับการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนสำหรับเยาวชนในชุมชน 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรู้ความรู้อาเซียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษของเยาวชนในชุมชน ก่อนและหลังเรียนโดยใช้วิธีการสอนแบบ 4 MAT และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของเยาวชนในชุมชนต่อการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการเรียนรู้ความรู้อาเซียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้วิธีการสอนแบบ 4 MAT กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือเยาวชนและประชาชนในชุมชนในแขวงนครพิงค์ จังหวัด เชียงใหม่ โดยการกำหนดแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) จำนวน 120 คนจาก 20 ชุมชน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย 1) บทเรียนภาษาอังกฤษเรื่องการเชื่อมโยงสังคมและวัฒนธรรมเพื่อรองรับการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนสำหรับเยาวชนในชุมชน จำนวน 3 หน่วยการเรียนรู้ 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเรียนรู้ความรู้อาเซียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษของเยาวชนในชุมชน โดยใช้วิธีการสอนแบบ 4 MAT จำนวน 1 ชุด 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของเยาวชนในชุมชนต่อการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการเรียนรู้ความรู้อาเซียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้วิธีการสอนแบบ 4 MAT มีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลหาประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลของนวัตกรรมบทเรียนภาษาอังกฤษด้วยการทดสอบค่า E1/E2 และค่า EI วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้วิธีการสอนแบบ 4 MAT โดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ คะแนนที่เพิ่มขึ้นและคะแนนที่ลดลง และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลความพึงพอใจด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย (xˉ) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลของนวัตกรรมบทเรียนภาษาอังกฤษเรื่องการ เชื่อมโยงสังคมและวัฒนธรรมเพื่อรองรับการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนสำหรับเยาวชนที่ใช้กับเยาวชนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการวิจัยใน 20 ชุมชนในแขวงนครพิงค์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 120 คนได้ผลประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลของนวัตกรรมตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ โดยมีประสิทธิภาพของนวัตกรรม (E1) มีค่าเท่ากับ 90.67 และ มีค่าประสิทธิภาพผลลัพธ์ของนวัตกรรม (E2) เท่ากับ 81.63 กล่าวคือ 90.67/81.63 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (80/80) ตลอดจน มีค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผล (Effectiveness Index: E.I) ของการจัดกิจกรรมในภาพรวมมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.6488 ซึ่งแสดงว่าผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมมีความรู้เพิ่มขึ้น 0.6488 จาก 1 หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 64.88 2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของเยาวชนในชุมชน 20 ชุมชนในแขวงนครพิงค์ จังหวัด เชียงใหม่ จำนวน 120 คน โดยมีค่าคะแนนระหว่าง ก่อนและหลัง การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนการเชื่อมโยงสังคมและวัฒนธรรมเพื่อรองรับการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนผ่านการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้วิธีการสอนแบบ 4 MAT แตกต่างกัน โดยคะแนนสอบความรู้อาเซียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษหลังการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนฯ มีค่าสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน 10.18 คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ยที่เพิ่มขึ้นหรือค่าความก้าวหน้าร้อยละ 81.42 โดยตัวอย่างที่มีผลคะแนนสูงขึ้นมากที่สุดหรือก้าวหน้ามากที่สุด มีค่าคะแนนสูงขึ้นร้อยละ 237.50 และต่ำที่สุดคือ ร้อยละ 5.26 รวมทั้งกลุ่มตัวอย่างยังมีผลสัมฤทธิ์เรียนรู้ความรู้อาเซียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษเพิ่มขึ้นจากก่อนการจัดกิจกรรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. ผลความพึงพอใจของเยาวชนในชุมชนและประชาชนในชุมชน 20 ชุมชนในแขวงนคร พิงค์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 120 คนที่มีต่อการเรียนความรู้อาเซียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้วิธีการสอนแบบ 4 MAT อยู่ในระดับความพึงพอใจมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ความสามารถ เป็นลำดับที่ 1 ผู้เรียนคิดว่าผู้เรียนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในความรู้อาเซียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษดีขึ้นและสามารถนำความรู้อาเซียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษที่เรียนไปใช้ในอนาคตได้ นอกจากนี้ผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก 3 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับจากค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการทำงานร่วมกัน โดยผู้เรียนเห็นว่าผู้เรียนทำงานร่วมกับเพื่อนๆ อย่างมีความสุขและการทำงานกลุ่มในกิจกรรมการสอนช่วยให้การเรียนความรู้อาเซียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษไม่น่าเบื่อ ส่วนด้านบรรยากาศในการเรียน ผู้เรียนเห็นว่ายิ่งเรียนความรู้อาเซียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษด้วยวิธีการสอนแบบ 4 MAT มากขึ้นเท่าไรยิ่งทำให้ผู้เรียนต้องการเรียนรู้ความรู้อาเซียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษเท่านั้นและหลังจากเรียนภาษาอังกฤษด้วยวิธีการสอนแบบ 4MAT ผู้เรียนสนใจในการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษมากยิ่งขึ้น และลำดับสุดท้ายคือ ด้านการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองและความมั่นใจในตนเอง ผู้เรียนคิดว่า การสอนแบบ 4 MAT ส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนได้เรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองทั้งยังส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนมั่นใจที่จะแสดงความสามารถได้อย่างเต็มที่ และเมื่อพิจารณาค่าของ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ( S.D.) พบว่า ในทุกด้านมีค่าน้อยกว่า 1 แสดงว่า ผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจสอดคล้องกัน ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ในฐานะของอาจารย์ผู้สอนรายวิชา CI 4642 วิธีสอนภาษาอังกฤษ 2 ใน ภาคเรียนที่ 2/2556 วิจัยนี้จึงถูกนำไปใช้บูรณาการกับการเรียนการสอนให้กับนักศึกษา จำนวน 62 คนที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนวิชาดังกล่าว เพื่อเพิ่มพูนทักษะวิธีสอนภาษาแบบ 4 MAT ซึ่งเป็นเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลางประกอบกับความรู้อาเซียนศึกษา ซึ่งผลพบว่า นักศึกษากลุ่มดังกล่าวมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ร้อยละ 80 ทุกคน โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 98.47 และมีระดับความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้วิธีการสอนแบบ 4 MAT อยู่ในระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดในทุกๆ ด้าน ที่ระดับความพึงพอใจ 4.77 ไม่ว่าจะเป็นด้านความรู้ความสามารถ ด้านการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองและความมั่นใจในตนเอง ด้านบรรยากาศในห้องเรียน และ ด้านการทำงานร่วมกัน และเมื่อพิจารณา ค่าของส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ( S.D.) พบว่า ในทุกด้านมีค่าน้อยกว่า 1 แสดงว่า นักศึกษามีความ พึงพอใจสอดคล้องกัน นอกจากนั้น ในฐานะของนักวิจัย นวัตกรรมที่ได้จากงานวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้ถูกนำไปเผยแพร่ ให้กับโรงเรียนต่างๆ ในเชียงใหม่และเชียงราย จำนวน 10 โรงเรียน ผลการเผยแพร่ผลงานวิจัยในสถานศึกษาหรือโรงเรียนต่าง ๆ ในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่และจังหวัดใกล้เคียง ทั้ง 10โรงเรียน ได้นำเอานวัตกรรมจากงานวิจัยไปใช้ประโยชน์ในเชิงวิชาการ สามารถนำไปต่อยอดด้านการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน อาทิ การเป็นแนวทางในการจัดทำหลักสูตรอาเซียนศึกษาของโรงเรียนบ้านป่าไม้แดง การอบรมครูเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการเรียนการสอนของครูผู้สอนภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนเชียงใหม่คริสเตียน และโรงเรียนวารีเชียงใหม่ การจัดทำเป็นโครงการความรู้อาเซียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษผ่านเสียงตามสายของโรงเรียนดาราวิทยาลัย ทั้งยังเป็นการกระตุ้นความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการสร้างผลงานของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนของชุมชน อาทิ การนำไปเป็นสื่อการเรียนรู้ในศูนย์อาเซียนของโรงเรียนเชียงใหม่คริสเตียน โรงเรียนดาราวิทยาลัยและโรงเรียนวารีเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งส่งผลให้นักเรียนได้เรียนรู้จากสื่อการเรียนรู้ที่สร้างประโยชน์และความเข้าใจด้านอาเซียน ทั้งยังได้พัฒนาทักษะภาษาอังกฤษให้ดีขึ้น โดยโรงเรียนเหล่านี้ได้นำนวัตกรรมไปใช้ในการเป็นสื่อประกอบศูนย์อาเซียนของโรงเรียน ประกอบการเรียนการสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ และประกอบการสอนในชุมนุมภาษาอังกฤษซึ่งเป็นวิชาเสริมหลักสูตร และเช่นเดียวกันนั้นนวัตกรรมจากงานวิจัยนี้ ยังได้เผยแพร่ผลงานวิจัยด้วยการพัฒนานักศึกษาวิชาเอกภาษาอังกฤษครุศาสตร์ ปี 5 ซึ่งทำการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูภาษาอังกฤษ ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 / 2557 โดยได้เผยแพร่องค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับอาเซียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษให้กับนักเรียน จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 1000 คน ณ โรงเรียนต่างๆ จำนวน 20 โรงเรียนในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่และจังหวัดใกล้เคียงได้แก่จังหวัดลำพูน พบว่า ทั้งนักศึกษาและนักเรียนที่ได้รับการเรียนการสอนด้วยบทเรียนอาเซียนศึกษาด้วยวิธีการสอนแบบ 4 MAT มีผลดีเกิดขึ้นทั้งเพื่อการสอนของนักศึกษาและเพื่อการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน รวมถึงเพื่อว่ากลุ่มเป้าหมายดังกล่าวจะได้เตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วิถีแห่งอาเซียนในปี 2015 ที่จะมาถึง
Description: The purposes of this applied-research with one group pretest- posttest design were : 1) to create the English Lesson titled Social and Cultural Links to Support to the ASEAN Community through Teaching and Learning English for Youth 2) to compare the learning achievement of ASEAN studies in English of the youth taught by the 4MAT approach before and after the instruction and 3) to study the level of satisfaction of the youth toward the 4MAT approach. The samples of this research were undertaken using the purposive method gained from 120 youth from 20 communities in Nakornping Sub-district, Chiang Mai. The research instruments used were : 1) the created 3-unit English Lesson titled Social and Cultural Links to Support to the ASEAN Community through Teaching and Learning English for Youth 2) the achievement test of ASEAN Studies in English and 3) a questionnaire used for asking for the youth’s response and feelings of satisfaction toward the 4MAT approach. The E1/E2 and EI were used to analyze the Efficiency and Effectiveness scores of the created 3-unit English Lesson. Percentage was used to compare the achievement of English ASEAN Studies scores before and after being taught by the 4MAT approach and 3) Mean (xˉ) and Standard Deviation (S.D.) were used to analyze the level of satisfaction toward the 4MAT approach. The results of this study were as follows; 1. The Efficiency and Effectiveness scores of the created 3-unit English Lesson titled Social and Cultural Links to Support to the ASEAN Community through Teaching and Learning English for Youth were higher than the expected level with E1/E2 at 90.67/81.63 (80/80) and E.I at 0.6488 or at the percentage of 64.88. 2. The learning achievement scores of ASEAN Studies in English of the 120 youth from 20 communities in Nakornping Sub-district, Chiang Mai after being taught by the 4MAT approach were significantly higher than that before being taught by the 4MAT approach with the percentage of 81.42 at 0.01 significant level. 3. The level of satisfaction of the youth toward the 4MAT approach was at a high agreement level in every aspect ranking from the highest to the lowest respectively as follow: 1) learning ability with reasons of gaining the knowledge and good understanding about English ASEAN studies and being able to use the English ASEAN studies learned in the future, 2) cooperative group working with reasons of being able to work with others happily and seeing the benefit of teamwork which helps learning English with fun, 3) having a good learning atmosphere with reasons of using the 4MAT approach, the majority wanting to learn English and to pay more attention to study English and 4) having self realization and self confidence with reasons of seeing the benefits of the 4MAT approach leading to move self realization and promoting self confidence to show one’s ability in English. Moreover, the Standard Deviation (S.D.) score was at less than 1 in every aspect which showed a high agreement level of satisfaction. Moreover, as the lecturer in the subject course CI 4642, Method of Teaching English 2 for the 62 senior English Education students enrolling in 2/2013 year academic at Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, this research was integrated in the course in order to provide them the 4 MAT approach to teach ASEAN Studies. The results of classroom integration with the innovations from this research were higher as 80 percentage of the English learning achievement scores and with the highest agreement level of satisfaction in every aspect at 4.77 ranking from the highest to the lowest respectively 1) learning ability 2) having self realization and self confidence 3) having a good learning atmosphere and 4) cooperative group working with S.D. score at less than 1. In addition, as the researcher, this research was published in 10 schools in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai provinces by implementing the innovations of this study which are the created-3 unit English lesson titled “Social and Cultural Links to Support to the ASEAN Community, the CAI teaching material and the CD-ROM contributed to the schools for the academic use including 1) being used as the guideline for ASEAN curriculum studies of Pa Mai Deang School, 2) being used as a tool in the seminar to promote English teachers’ proficiency in teaching at Chiang Mai Christian School and Varee Chiangmai School, 3) being used as aids in the school project to publicize ASEAN knowledge throughout School Broadcasting Project at Dara Academy School and 4) being used as not only the self-learning aids in ASEAN Studies Center but also as teaching aids in English classes and for Extra Curriculum Activities for example, in English Club at all the selected 10 schools to promote the ASEAN understanding and English skills. Furthermore, the innovations of this research were also implemented and taught for 1000 students in schools in Chiang Mai and Lampun by 20 English trainee teachers who were the 5th –year English Education students enrolling the Teaching Practice in 1st semester of the academic year 2014 with the hope and willingness of enhancing the good understanding about ASEAN studies and with the good interest paid to the knowledge of ASEAN studies and the 4 MAT approach so that the target groups would be well-prepared for the upcoming 2015 ASEAN Way.
